You mentioned you were having dreams during your "Dusty year". I think this was your body's way of adapting to deep sleep deprivation. REM usually occurs during deep sleep states. You were waking every 3-4 hrs, never truly reaching deep sleep. You must have been going into REM in a more aware state. I've wondered about this since you mentioned it. You are having some pretty vivid dreams and nightmares from the sounds. It will probably shift back now that you can. Charlie is so cute!
